I created this site to talk about things found on dining tables through out America but mainly in the Texas Hill Country. It will range from discussions of all types of food to utensils, condiments, drinks, utensils and more. We will likely discuss things such as the differences between a $4 bottle of Merlot and a $40 bottle of Port. Guest bloggers are invited to jump in a start a discussion related to anything that might be found on a dining room or restaurant table in your town.
